sophos無法順利安裝在vista時處理方式

1) Download and install the Microsoft Clean-up Utility from:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

2) Rename the file remsav-all-200.txt to remsav-all-200.bat.

3) Double click on remsav-all-200.bat, when prompted reboot the computer.

4) After the reboot, run the script again so that all files are removed.

5) Remove the following two registry keys if found:

HKLM\Software\Sophos
HKCU\Software\Sophos

6) Open a command prompt (cmd)

Type 'net users' and press enter
Check for any SophosSAU*** accounts
Delete any SophosSAU accounts with the command:
net users <accountname> /delete (ex. if found SophosSAUPC1, then the command to run is "net users SophosSAUPC1 /delete")

7) Download the latest standalone SAV - http://www.sophos.com/support/updates/dp/full/escw73sasfx.exe and you may now install the Sophos Anti-Virus on the Vista machine.
